Collaborative good governance is put into practice and research in a variety of public administrations. This is by extending the traditional approach to an intergrated paradigm for this kind of good governance, whose dimensions move into a larger context, to lead to a collaborative good governance regime with virtue and transparency. It is a dynamic collaboration and action from withing which creates impact and adaptation within the whole country and internationally. Stakeholders, therefore, comprise the public sector, the private sector, and foreign governments. Policies motivate both the individual socialization process for cooperation in the elimination of conflicts as well as the
institutionalization to achieve cross-border cooperation based on different levels of policy elements, complexity and diversity.
